As the new owners of Cascade Burgers we are excited to build upon the 15 years that Cascade Burgers has been in business serving the local community and travelers from around the world who come to enjoy the beauty of the North Cascades.
Brad and Hannah Gilbert purchased Cascade Burgers in August 2023. Their daughter worked at Cascade Burgers for the previous owners. Hailey came home so excited that the owners were mentioning selling the restaurant, that day changed everything and what an amazing journey it has been. Brad and Hannah have updated the restaurant, updated the menu and have added coffee and breakfast creating a full service diner.
